"As i looked at the living creatures, I saw a wheel on the earth beside the living creatures, one for each of the four of them. As for the appearance of the wheels and their construction: their appearance was like the gleaming of beryl; and the four had the same form, their construction being something like a wheel within a wheel. When they moved, they moved in any of the four directions without veering as they moved. Their rims were tall and awesome, for the rims of all four were full of eyes all around."

-Ezekiel 1(15-18)

The weirdest and hardest angel to draw. it may look like just two rings with eyeballs on them, but it is tougher than it looks.
Personally, i think it needs pupils.

Damn, your renditions of angels leave me speechless!
Not many people know how truly bizarre and symbolic these creatures are. It's nice to see someone paying tribute to them.
Congratulations.

I just recently learned the name for this type of angel and I've been looking for different depictions of them ever since. Yours is one of my favorites; I love all the little details, like the blinking eyes (both horizontal and vertical) and the script-like aura.

Personally, I like it as it is... It's more unsettling when you can't tell what it's looking at. :)

Don't worry about pupils. If I ran into a burning gyroscope covered in eyes, pupils would be the last thing on my mind.

Don't add pupils, this is arguably the best looking Angel I've seen in a long time. Much more true to scripture than the stuff people make nowadays xD

Impressive. This looks like, to me, the most dynamic representation of the Ophanim. I think you did and excellent job!
